all in all everything was very good, had a good stay for 2 nights. got a nice size and well-organised room with comfortable bedding when arrived, truly enjoyed that. the most important was the staff - amazingly efficient and expert people.

The hotel boasts a prime location, conveniently situated near a restaurant for dinner, the Czech Arena, and local public transport and shopping options. Our standard single room was exceptionally clean and brand new, featuring comfortable bedding that ensured a great night's sleep.

10 minutes' walk from the train station, within a walking distance of Mestsky Stadium. There was free Wi Fi at the hotel. We truly enjoyed Clarion Congress Ostrava. Location exceeded all expectations.

Liked everything.

The location was excellent, situated in a quiet area with convenient access to local public transport and a shopping center. It was also close to the outskirts of the city and right next to the Czech Arena. the National Marine Aquarium was only 3 km away. I really loved my stay; it was perfect for the two nights I spent there.

The value for the money was great, and the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The hotel is conveniently located near Ostravar arena, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could have been better by adding more variety to the menu.

I specified the wrong date when booking, arrived next day for a single night, the hotel was empty, but they charged two nights without telling me and the invoice was just about a single night.

the hotel is conveniently located close to the town center, making it easy to access all the necessary amenities. the room was spacious and modern, with a separate bedroom and living area. the bathroom, although not large, had a stylish walk-in shower. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of hot and cold options. the hotel offered great facilities and provided a pleasant stay.

The only drawback was the lack of electric sockets in the living area, which made it difficult to charge multiple devices at once.

The location. It is far away from the center and you cannot walk anywhere from the hotel, you must use transportation.
